Section 27-14-1301 - Penalty

(a) Every person who violates or who procures, aids, or abets violation of any of the provisions of this subchapter and any person who refuses or fails to obey any order, decision, or rule made under or pursuant to this subchapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.(b) Upon conviction, violators shall be punished by a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or by imprisonment for not more than three (3) months, or by both a fine and imprisonment.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 3103, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1949, No. 235, § 9; A.S.A. 1947, § 75-259.
