Section 27-14-1404 - School buses owned by licensed facilities

(a) School buses owned by facilities licensed by the Department of Human Services shall not be subject to the registration and licensing fees prescribed by law.(b) The only fee for their licenses shall be a one dollar ($1.00) annual renewal fee.(c) The original license application and all renewals shall be accompanied by an affidavit signed by an official of the facility, indicating that the buses for which licenses are requested are either owned or exclusively leased by the facility and used exclusively in its functions.Acts 1981, No. 441, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 75-201.18.
