Section 27-14-1804 - Nonapplicable if regular plates used

This subchapter shall not apply to any person, firm, or corporation engaged in towing or driving motor vehicles on the public highways of this state where the motor vehicles display bona fide license or dealer's license plates issued by the Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 4617, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1935, No. 183, § 1; 1938 (Ex.
