An ex officio commission, composed of the Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration, who shall serve as chair, the Chair of the State Highway Commission, and the Director of State Highways and Transportation, is established for the purpose of representing the State of Arkansas in the matter of making reciprocal agreements relating to the operation of motor vehicles.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 4500, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1945, No. 60, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 75-250; Acts 1989 (1st Ex.
