(a) There is levied a service fee of five dollars ($5.00) to be added to the regular fee imposed for motor vehicle license plates collected by the Office of Motor Vehicle in all instances in which a special number is reserved for any motor vehicle license plate applicant.(b) These fees shall be treated as regular license fees and deposited accordingly as provided by law.Amended by Act 2017, No. 448,§ 6, eff. 8/1/2017.Acts 1953, No. 113, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 75-201.1.
