(a) On or before March 1 of each year, the Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration shall furnish to the sheriff of each county in the state an alphabetically arranged list of the names, addresses, and amateur station call signs on the license plates of all persons to whom license plates are issued under the provisions of this subchapter.(b) It shall be the duty of the sheriffs of the state to maintain, and keep current, these lists for public information and inquiry.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 4629, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1953, No. 146, § 3; A.S.A. 1947, § 75-269; Acts 2005, No. 2202, § 2.
