Section 27-16-504 - Record of nonresident's conviction

The Office of Driver Services is authorized, upon receiving a record of the conviction in this state of a nonresident driver of a motor vehicle of any offense under the motor vehicle laws of this state, to forward a certified copy of the record to the motor vehicle administrator in the state wherein the person so convicted is a resident.Acts 1937, No. 280, § 26; Pope's Dig., § 6850; A.S.A. 1947, § 75-330.
