(a) An examination as provided for in this subchapter shall be conducted by the Division of Arkansas State Police or by the duly authorized agents of the Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration.(b) No examination shall be conducted by local law enforcement officers or local citizens.(c) The division may promulgate any necessary rules to implement, administer, and enforce this subchapter concerning examinations.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 4650, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1937, No. 280, § 17; Pope's Dig., § 6841; Acts 1943, No. 128, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 75-319; Acts 2011, No. 1022, § 1.
