Section 27-16-809 - Reciprocal recognition of foreign licenses

The Department of Finance and Administration is authorized to enter into driver license agreements or other cooperative arrangements with foreign countries for the reciprocal recognition of driver's licenses.Acts 1997, No. 1100, § 1.
