Section 27-17-102 - Licensing authority

(a) As used in the compact, the term 'licensing authority,' with reference to this state, shall mean the Office of Driver Services.(b) The Office of Driver Services shall furnish to the appropriate authorities of any other party state any information or documents reasonably necessary to facilitate the administration of Articles III, IV, and V of the compact.Acts 1969, No. 142, § 2; A.S.A. 1947, § 75-2202.
