All agencies, boards, commissions, and schools supported from public or private funds are directed to cooperate and lend whatever assistance as may be required for establishing a driver education program under the auspices of the Arkansas State Police Commission.Acts 1965, No. 531, § 4; A.S.A. 1947, § 75-1904.
