(a) The driver's instruction manual issued by the Division of Arkansas State Police shall include information related to organ and tissue donation education.(b) The division may coordinate with the Department of Health and the Arkansas Regional Organ Recovery Agency, Inc. in developing information to include in the manual.(c) Information regarding organ donation education shall be included in the manual in the first reprinting and subsequent reprintings of the manual following passage of this section, § 6-16-501, and § 21-4-215.Acts 2003, No. 546, § 2.
