Section 27-19-301 - Penalty generally

Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500) or imprisoned not more than ninety (90) days, or both.Acts 1953, No. 347, § 84; A.S.A. 1947, § 75-1484.
