The security required under this subchapter shall be in such form as the Office of Driver Services may require and shall be in such amount equal to the minimum amounts specified in § 27-19-605 based on the determination of whether the accident resulted in bodily injury or death to one (1) or more people, or injury to or destruction of property of others, or both.Acts 1953, No. 347, § 28; A.S.A. 1947, § 75-1428; Acts 1993, No. 912, § 2.
