Section 27-19-708 - Effect of discharge in bankruptcy

Upon receipt by the Office of Driver Services of proper notification from the bankruptcy court, a discharge in bankruptcy following the rendering of any judgment shall relieve the judgment debtor from any of the requirements of this subchapter.Acts 1953, No. 347, § 57; 1975, No. 1007, § 13; A.S.A. 1947, § 75-1457.
