Section 27-20-102 - Penalty

Any person violating the provisions of this subchapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than fifty dollars ($50.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty (30) days, or shall be both fined and imprisoned.Acts 1959, No. 201, § 9; A.S.A. 1947, § 75-1709.
