Persons who operate vehicles described in § 27-20-101, when operation of the vehicle shall be on a farm, private property, or specifically for moving to a farm, shall be exempt from the provisions of this subchapter.Acts 1985, No. 972, § 5; A.S.A. 1947, § 75-1701.1.
