Section 27-20-118 - Restrictions on young children

(a) Except as provided under subsection (b) of this section, it is unlawful for the driver of a motorcycle to allow a child to ride as a passenger on a motorcycle on a street or highway unless the child is at least eight (8) years of age.(b) This section shall not apply to the driver of a motorcycle who is a participant in a parade.Acts 2005, No. 1942, § 2.
