The purpose of this subchapter is to:(1) Allow the registration and licensing of autocycles as an environmentally friendly option for Arkansans to provide an affordable transportation option that will reduce our dependency on foreign oil; and(2) Provide economic stimulus to the emerging industry of autocycles.Acts 2009, No. 636, § 1.
