Section 27-21-104 - Penalty

Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than fifty dollars ($50.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty (30) days, or shall be both fined and imprisoned.Acts 1987, No. 804, § 7.
