Section 27-23-126 - Notification of out-of-service order

The law enforcement officer issuing an out-of-service order to a commercial motor vehicle driver pursuant to § 27-23-113 or compatible law shall within thirty (30) days report the issuance to the Office of Driver Services.Acts 1995, No. 921, § 6.
