If the Department of Finance and Administration issues a special license plate under this subchapter and the entity requests a change of design, then the entity shall remit to the department an additional fee to cover the cost of the initial order of the newly designed special license plate that is a result of the change of design.Acts 2005, No. 2202, § 1.
