The purpose of this subchapter is to continue the special license plates for African American fraternities and sororities that were authorized before April 13, 2005, and to transfer the authority to the Department of Finance and Administration to issue additional African American fraternity and sorority special license plates.Acts 2005, No. 2202, § 1.
