Section 27-24-1310 - Reporting of use of proceeds

If an organization sponsors a special license plate or special license plate decal under this subchapter and collects a fundraising fee, then the organization shall provide:(1) Its financial plan for the use of the proceeds from the special license plate or special license plate with a permanent decal; and(2) An affidavit signed by an official of the organization that states that the proceeds from the special license plate or special license plate permanent decal will be used according to the financial plan submitted with the application.Acts 2005, No. 2202, § 1.
