The purpose of this subchapter is to:(1) Authorize the design and issuance of license plates featuring state parks for the Department of Parks, Heritage, and Tourism;(2) Provide funding to a cash fund to be used by the Department of Parks, Heritage, and Tourism for sponsoring college scholarships in the state parks profession and the state parks education programs; and(3) Authorize the Department of Finance and Administration to issue, renew, and replace the license plates authorized for the Department of Parks, Heritage, and Tourism.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 5720, eff. 7/1/2019.
