The purpose of this subchapter is to continue the State Highway Commission's exemption from the requirement to display motor vehicle license plates issued by the Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration and to transfer the authority to the commission to determine by minute order whether additional metal plates should be issued.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 4715, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 2005, No. 2202, § 1.
