The purpose of this subchapter is to continue the miscellaneous nominal fee special license plates with the specific eligibility criteria that existed before April 13, 2005, and to transfer the authority to the Department of Finance and Administration to issue additional nominal fee plates in limited circumstances as provided under this subchapter.Acts 2005, No. 2202, § 1.
