The Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration may create and issue additional special license plates under this subchapter if:(1) A nonprofit public service organization applies for the issuance of an additional nominal fee special license plate under this subchapter;(2) The creation and issuance of the special license plate will have a minimal annual fiscal and budgetary impact as determined by the secretary; and(3) The special license plate may only be obtained by a limited group of owners of motor vehicles who meet the specific eligibility criteria to obtain the special license plate for a purpose exclusively related to their eligibility.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 4719, eff. 7/1/2019.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 4718, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 2005, No. 2202, § 1.
