(a) A civic club, person, or entity that furnishes to a youth group a motor vehicle that is used exclusively for youth group purposes may apply to the Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration for the issuance of a youth group special license plate to be used exclusively on motor vehicles that are operated for the purposes of the youth group.(b) A youth group that owns and operates a motor vehicle that is used exclusively for youth group purposes may apply to the secretary for the issuance of a youth group special license plate to be used exclusively on motor vehicles that are owned by the youth group and operated for the purposes of the youth group.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 4721, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 2005, No. 2202, § 1.
