A civic club, person, or entity that furnishes a bus or truck for exclusive use for Boy Scouts of America purposes may apply to the Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration for the issuance of a motor vehicle special license plate to be used exclusively on motor vehicles that are operated for the purposes of the scouts.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 4724, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 2005, No. 2202, § 1.
