The purpose of this subchapter is to continue the Constitutional Officer special license plates that existed before April 13, 2005, to honor the elected members of each constitutional office in the State of Arkansas and to make the parking rules for the State Capitol more enforceable by the State Capitol Police.Acts 2005, No. 2202, § 1.
