(a) The Arkansas State Game and Fish Commission shall continue to be issued special license plates to be displayed on its motor vehicles in lieu of the regular motor vehicle license plates prescribed by law.(b) The special license plates to be issued to the commission and displayed on its vehicles shall be designed by the commission with the approval of the Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration.(c) Nothing in this section shall exempt the commission from the payment of the annual fees prescribed by law for the registration of its motor vehicles.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 4739, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 2005, No. 2202, § 1.
