(a) Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, the Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration shall continue the Arkansas State Game and Fish Commission special license plates that existed before April 13, 2005.(b)(1) The commission may request that the Department of Finance and Administration discontinue one (1) or more special license plates that existed before April 13, 2005.(2) To request a discontinuance of one (1) or more special license plates under this subchapter, the commission shall present a resolution to the secretary stating which plates the department is to discontinue.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 4741, eff. 7/1/2019.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 4740, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 2005, No. 2202, § 1.
