Section 27-33-108 - Filing of documents - Notices

(a) Filing of documents as required by Article III(j) of the Vehicle Equipment Safety Compact shall be with the Secretary of State.(b) Any and all notices required by commission bylaws to be given pursuant to Article III(j) of the compact shall be given to the commissioner of this state.Acts 1965, No. 5, § 6; A.S.A. 1947, § 75-2006.
