Section 27-35-104 - Riding in spaces not for passengers

(a) No person shall ride on any vehicle upon any portion of the vehicle not designed or intended for the use of passengers.(b) This section shall not apply to any employee engaged in the necessary discharge of a duty or to persons riding within bodies of trucks in space intended for merchandise.Acts 1937, No. 300, § 141; Pope's Dig., § 6801; A.S.A. 1947, § 75-803.
