Section 27-35-105 - Projecting loads on passenger vehicles

No passenger-type vehicle shall be operated on any highway with any load carried thereon extending beyond the line of the fenders on the left side of the vehicle nor extending more than six inches (6') beyond the line of the fenders on the right side.Acts 1937, No. 300, § 141; Pope's Dig., § 6801; A.S.A. 1947, § 75-803.
