The Office of Driver Services shall not:(1) Include in the traffic violation report of any person any conviction arising out of a violation of this subchapter;(2) Use or accumulate a violation of this subchapter to suspend or revoke the driver's license of any person as an habitual violator of traffic laws; or(3) Use a violation of this subchapter in any other way under the administrative authority of the Office of Driver Services to suspend or revoke a driver's license.Acts 1995, No. 1118, § 3; 2009, No. 308, § 3.
