Section 27-50-102 - Parties guilty of acts declared to be crimes

(a) Every person who commits, attempts to commit, conspires to commit, or aids or abets in the commission of any act declared in this act to be a crime, whether individually or in connection with one (1) or more other persons or as principal, agent, or accessory, shall be guilty of the offense.(b) Every person who falsely, fraudulently, forcibly, or willfully induces, causes, coerces, requires, permits, or directs another to violate any provision of this act is likewise guilty of the offense.Acts 1937, No. 300, § 152; Pope's Dig., § 6812; A.S.A. 1947, § 75-1005.
