(a) The Arkansas Towing and Recovery Board shall prescribe its rules of order or procedure in hearings or other proceedings before it under this subchapter.(b) However, rules of order or procedure shall not be in conflict or contrary to the provisions of this subchapter or the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, § 25-15-201 et seq.Acts 2005, No. 1878, § 1.
