Every law enforcement officer in this state who is authorized to issue citations for traffic law violations shall use a uniform traffic citation form prescribed by the Division of Arkansas State Police or a substantially equivalent form.Acts 1971, No. 250, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 75-1050; Acts 2005, No. 1675, § 1.
