The provisions of this subchapter shall govern all police officers in making arrests without a warrant for violations of this act for offenses committed in their presence, but the procedure prescribed in this subchapter shall not otherwise be exclusive of any other method prescribed by law for the arrest and prosecution of a person for an offense of like grade.Acts 1937, No. 300, § 157; Pope's Dig., § 6817; A.S.A. 1947, § 75-1010.
