Section 27-51-405 - Hand and arm signals

All signals required in this subchapter to be given by hand and arm shall be given from the left side of the vehicle in the following manner and these signals shall be indicated as follows:(1) Left turn - Hand and arm extended horizontally;(2) Right turn - Hand and arm extended upward; and(3) Stop or decrease of speed - Hand and arm extended downward.Acts 1937, No. 300, § 69; Pope's Dig., § 6727; A.S.A. 1947, § 75-620.
