Section 27-51-803 - Driving on streetcar tracks

(a) The driver of any vehicle proceeding upon any streetcar track in front of a streetcar upon a street shall remove the vehicle from the track as soon as practical after signal from the operator of the streetcar.(b) When a streetcar has started to cross an intersection, no driver of a vehicle shall drive upon or cross the car tracks within the intersection in front of the streetcar.(c) The driver of a vehicle upon overtaking and passing a streetcar shall not turn in front of the streetcar so as to interfere with or impede its movement.Acts 1937, No. 300, § 82; Pope's Dig., § 6740; A.S.A. 1947, § 75-635.
