(a) The Division of Arkansas State Police shall tabulate and may analyze all accident reports and shall publish annually, or at more frequent intervals, statistical information based thereon as to the number and circumstances of traffic accidents.(b) After collecting the data required by subsection (a) of this section, the division shall further report to the Arkansas Department of Transportation the data collected and maintained by the division relating to all accidents occurring within the preceding twelve-month period on the state highway system and local roads.Amended by Act 2017, No. 707,§ 356, eff. 8/1/2017.Amended by Act 2017, No. 618,§ 1, eff. 8/1/2017.Acts 1937, No. 300, § 46; Pope's Dig., § 6704; A.S.A. 1947, § 75-911; Acts 1999, No. 1275, § 1.
