Section 27-65-108 - Agreements for promoting highway programs

(a) The State Highway Commission is authorized to enter into agreements with groups or associations for the promotion of highway programs.(b) Such agreements may contain provisions for collection and assessments of dues or contributions.Acts 1987, No. 742, § 21.
