(a) The State of Arkansas assents to the provisions of 23 U.S.C. § 101 et seq., as it existed on January 1, 2021.(b) The State Highway Commission and the highway, road, and street authorities of the counties and the municipal corporations of Arkansas within their respective jurisdictions are authorized, empowered, and directed to perform such acts as may be necessary to provide relocation assistance in accordance with 23 U.S.C. § 101 et seq. and the rules and regulations promulgated by the United States Secretary of Transportation under 49 C.F.R.
