The State Highway Commission is hereby authorized to pay from funds appropriated from maintenance and operation the actual expense of moving the household and personal property of those employees of the Arkansas Department of Transportation who because of their job assignments are required to move their places of residence by the commission by the Director of State Highways and Transportation, subject to the approval by the director for each move so required.Amended by Act 2017, No. 707,§ 376, eff. 8/1/2017.Acts 1993, No. 160, § 15.
