Section 27-66-206 - School bus routes

(a) The county judge in his or her discretion may designate as county roads those roads used as school bus routes.(b) Upon declaring a road a county road pursuant to this section, the county judge shall take charge of the road and cause the road to be maintained and repaired the same as other county roads.Acts 1923, No. 461, §§ 1, 2; Pope's Dig., §§ 6969, 6970; Acts 1947, No. 104, § 1; 1983, No. 166, §§ 1, 2; A.S.A. 1947, § 76-106, 76-107.
