Section 27-67-103 - Penalties

Any person who shall knowingly or willfully neglect or refuse to perform any duty either to do or to desist from doing anything which may be required by law relating to roads, highways, or other public improvements in this state shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by fine of not over five hundred dollars ($500) and by imprisonment for not over six (6) months.Acts 1913, No. 302, § 84, p. 1179; C. & M.
