The Arkansas Department of Transportation shall design, erect, and maintain signs at the closest and all other proper exits and intersections of state and federal highways designating exits to any and all institutions of higher education and postsecondary vocational and technical schools, whether public or private, upon the request of the institution.Amended by Act 2017, No. 707,§ 390, eff. 8/1/2017.Acts 1979, No. 584, § 1; 1985, No. 803, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 76-564.
